  • Seriously, we are going to compare the bottom 90% to the top 1%. The top 1% are those that will probably rarely be impacted as badly by a downturn, but this is a minute portion of the population. How about we compare the top 50% to the bottom 50% - I bet there would be little difference.

  • I just don't understand when the rich in this country became the enemy - I thought that was the American Dream, to work hard and achieve success. My parents both grew up dirt poor. Neither had running water or electricity in the rural midwest until sometime in elementary school.
